2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Please note that after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, all services provided by Floodgate Digital Pty Ltd are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to the monthly fees of the chosen package.

3. RETURNS

Given the nature of digital services, we do not offer a return of services. Ownership of the website is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the final payment, assuming all prior payments have been made.

4. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your website package at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline. Please note that no refunds will be provided for any payments already made.
